Benefits of Apple on Health


“An apple a day will give you a doctor away” This is a famous proverbial expressions from the 19th century, which seems to be true!
The benefits of apples for the health of human body are incredible: they improve memory, reduce the risk of heart attacks, and may even increase longevity.
