We all sometimes feel thirsty, but usually a glass of cool water can fit our mood and remove our thirst. But if you drink a bottle of water and your thirst is still not resolved, there may be another problem.

1. Be Dehydrated

The first reason that people feel too thirsty is getting dehydrated. Sometimes the problem is that you do not have proper habits of drinking water, sometimes the problem is that you cannot figure out how environment affects your body’s need of water; the weather is hot or humid? Hot and dry? Be at your height? Exercise and workout today? All these are the things that increase your need for fluids, so you have to adapt yourself and drink more water. When you feel thirsty, your body is actually depleted by one to two percent. So, drink more than you think.

2. Eat Salt a lot

If you used to have salty snacks or using a spray for food at all times, it’s a bad habit to sense your thirst. The ratio of water to salt in the body is very important. If you eat too much salt, your body tends to dilute it, which makes you feel thirsty.

3. Have diabetes

Diabetes Type II is one of the most common conditions that causes ongoing thirst. This increases your urinary excretion and, as a result, you feel thirstier, and in the sugar-urine cycle, you get thirsty repeatedly. So, if you feel thirsty and find that you are over-normalizing, urinate check your doctor to test your blood glucose.

4. Your mouth is dry

Diabetes mellitus with type 1 and type 2 diabetes is quite different and does not relate to blood glucose, but rather than a rare disorder in the hormone system in which the antidiuretic hormone deficiency is the cause of the disease.
It’s likely that you are not really thirsty, but have a dry mouth. Dry mouth occurs when salivary glands cannot produce enough saliva to keep your mouth moist. 5. Have anemia

Anemia is a disease that causes fatigue and loss of hair, but it can also cause excessive thirst. Mild anemia usually has no symptoms, but if they get tense, they can feel thirsty.

6. Get old

As you age, the thirst quench and thirst quench will no longer have the power of the former. It means that older people drink less water and become dehydrated much faster than their younger age. If your problem is the same, you can set the clock alarms to drink water frequently.

7. You have diabetes insipid us or un-delicious Diabetes

Patients with this disorder cannot control how much water they pass through their urine and therefore urinate more than a normal person.
